Definitely a good find tucked away in a business complex. They have some of the tastiest fruit I've ever had at the lowest prices around. The store is pretty small but they have the basics and a lot of them. The peaches and nectarines are amazing (the bigger they are, the better they are!) and they even sell Julian apple pies.
I think it's owned by an Arab guy so they sell pastas, grains, breads and condiments that are common in the Middle East. But they also have common ingredients in Latin cooking and the basic American foods, cereals, fruits, vegetables, nuts and juices.
They're closed on Sundays too.

Ralphs Limes:  10 /$10 (seriously, this is what the sign said.  Did some marketing moron think this sells more limes?).  And they're teeny tiny.
Farmers Outlet Limes:  5 juicy ones for $1.

Ralphs Lemons:  $1/ea.
Farmers Outlet Lemons:  3 for $1

Ralphs Basil:  $3.99 for 4 oz. of wilty, soggy leaves in a plastic carton.
Farmers Outlet Basil:  99 cents for one large, fresh-cut bunch.  (Tip:  If you're going to make pesto, they sold me a bulk package of a pound of basil for about $7.  They supply to restaurants so ask about bulk purchasing.)

Farmers Outlet is where I mostly do my weekly grocery shopping.  Although they're a bit small, I can get almost anything except for meat (minus a few packaged cold cuts in the refrigerated section).  Dairy products are reasonably priced and so is the produce.  The cashiers are friendly and they'll tell you what's in season or whether that cantelope is ripe.

Aside from the Goya canned goods, the bulk of their stuff comes from the local guys.  Support your mom and pop stand!

Great place for getting produce at a great price. Selection is limited, but if they do have what you want, it will come at a good price. VISA/MC (ATM MIN. $10, $1 CHARGE)
