Yea it's attached to a gas station, but it's probably cleaner than 90% of the other joints around here. I'd say best burritos on Mira Mesa's Comfort Food Alley so far. The burrito tortillas and taco shells are legit. This place is one of my favorites.

I'll agree with a previous reviewer that it's definitely the better Mexican fare up here in Silicon Anus. I've had a carne asada burrito, which was pretty tasty, though not forearm sized like most places offer. But, again, tasty and not overpriced (as many places up in this area are).
But, seriously, you MUST try their Monster Breakfast Burrito. This IS forearm sized with generous chunks of ham, bacon (God's Currency) and seasoned home fried potatoes along with eggs and cheese. Not greasy like most breakfast blimps and tastes so delicious. It's become habit here at the office to score these up on Friday mornings.
So, give it a shot. If only for the breakfast burro alone.
"You just have to trust it." - Response to my "It's in a gas station?!" comment. It's good to trust, if for no other reason than to avoid responsibility at the risk of personal welfare.
Definitely not bad. Not amazing, the-sky-is-falling good, but not bad. Plus, any time you have free hot carrots and happy employees the food tastes a lot better. Best Mexican I've found in the Qualcomm-Sony business park death match triangle.
Yeah...it's next to a gas station, but who cares. Great tasting mexican food for reasonable prices is all that I need. Breakfast is meh, but staples like carne asada fries and california burritos are done right. They also have fish taco specials on Tuesday, and they are pretty big. They're open pretty late until 11pm, so it's not a bad place to stop by if you need to gas and go.

This location is in a gas station. I know, that isn't a good start, but it really is pretty good for a taco shop. Inside is always clean, and the walls are painted with fun bordertown murals. They have a complimentary salsa bar that includes hot carrots. Yay for free hot carrots! The menu has all the usual fare, including breakfast. Soft drinks and jamaica/horchata are self serve, and I think free refills because they didn't yell at me when I refilled my cup last time. Prices on par with Robertos, Sombrero, etc, around $6 for a compbo plate, $4 for a burrito.
